The GoldenTyre GT280 Jacky Tsunami has derived from years of testing and development in the sand tracks of Europe. The GT280 is a tyre designed for results and an invaluable item to have in your arsenal tyre choice.
The GoldenTyre GT280 Jacky Tsunami has a shovel shaped knob design that facilitates the expulsion of sand or mud while still offering superior traction and steering feel.
Although it is a sand tyre, Europe's not so brilliant weather means a lot of development has been done in wet sandy or mud like conditions. In 2016 the Australian KTM Off team made the descision to use GT280s at Hattah. This descision helped propel Tye Simmonds and Daniel Sanders to a different league over the rest of the field, finishing 10 minutes ahead of the next closest competor. The guys had amazing drive in muddy sections where the rest of the field could hardly ride through.
